Ugrade instead of full version?

im trying to order Komplete 15 Ultimate but when i add it to cart it automatically assumes i have komplete select and gives me the ugrade version

i do not have komplete select but i own individual instruments that can be in it

if i want to buy this product (Full version) i need a solution by the end of the day or the sale ends and i have to buy the upgrade and select before that :(

You most likely have at least one (or more) items registered than qualify as "base" products and this in turn makes the "upgrade" available to you.

As long as you are logged into your NI account - when browsing the store - the store should know what you qualify for (and what you do not) while shopping.

All it takes is one product in most cases.

As long as "any" instrument qualifies as a "base" product - you should be good to go.

Again - if you have any doubts - be sure to contact support.

You do need the qualifying base product but there are a couple of libraries that also qualify as base product (Symphony Series Collection and Symphony Series Essentials) :
