Transport Section and left Remix etc Not working

The lest side main selection knob and buttons below including the Transport buttons (Play, Cue, Sync shift) are not working.

I’ve tried all kinds or resets. Anyone have any ideas

Sounds like a hardware issue to me.

Does the midi symbol in the top center of Traktor light up when you press a button?

Deas it apply to the MIDI Mode only? If that is so then check the Controller Editor and make sure those buttons are not set to "OFF".

I just put it in midi to show they weren’t lighting up/ or working.

But don’t work in or out of midi mode.

I checked that, mapping reset, everything reset and nothing

Did the midi symbol in traktor light up or no, when you pressed a button? Does not matter if it's in midi mode or not.

sorry didn’t understand. But no, nothing comes up when they are pressed, unlike right side
