Several NI products missing (no show) in Native Access

Hi. Im trying to install my Traktor Scratch 2 on 10.11.6. When I logged into my site account all my products are visible. When i logged to NI access (with the same account) Traktor Scratch 2 is missing.

Entered serial manually to register .Waiting not 10 min , 10 hour ,3 days.Log out of ni access

and re log in The same.How to Install product ??

It looks like we found the issue. The Traktor Pioneer DDJ-T1 Edition 2 was causing some sort of conflict in Native Access and after manually deleting it, Traktor Scratch Pro 2 appeared automatically.

If anyone has the same issue, please try to install the license you see for Traktor in your Native Access and if the one you're expecting still does not show up after, please contact our support team directly.

Are you sure that you're using the same account in both environments? Maybe try to log out and back in when using N.A.?

100 % Sure! And log out after re-login same thing .

Only ddj-t1 shows.Where is others ? Traktor 3 is not visible maybe cause is not for 10.11.6 Ok but Shratch pro 2.....

Are you on 10.13 or 10.11? You mentioned High Sierra in your original post.

Can you send a quick screenshot of what you see under installed and available updates?

This is really a strange one, you should totally see Traktor Scratch Pro 2 in your NA. I'll dig for the installer and send it via DM in a moment.

Not Install anything and no any updates

@Alex I actually created a ticket for you right now so our specialist can check this in a bit more detail. We'll be in touch super soon and solve this for sure. I've check the progress and report on the solution here for the community as well 😉
