Hello everyone, I'm trying to use Traktor Kontrol S2 mk3 + Maschine Mk3 and connect them to Traktor 4, but I have a problem. Everything works perfectly and I've linked traktor 4 and maschine 3, using the same wasapi shared driver, but in this situation when recording it doesn't record the sound from Maschine. Accordingly, I was looking for information and I'm trying to connect Maschine as a live input to Deck D and for this purpose I use a virtual audio cable. The virtual cable works and I manage to send sound from the machine to the tractor, I see the light indication on Deck D, but it only works when I have the virtual cable as a driver in both the tractor and the machine. The problem is that then I don't hear any sound at all. I'm trying to set up an ASIO driver, but there, following the instructions from chatgpt and making 100 attempts… I never get it right.
According to chatgpt I should have an ASIO Offline panel and connect things there, but for me the ASIO panel only appears after I launch Traktor or Maschine and 2 different panels appear for each program, where I can't mix things up.
Please, if anyone can give me the exact steps to get everything working for me and have a record in one way or another
