Only with my Waves Plugins it's doing this.
If this is Windows 11 - you need to be running 100% scaling@ 1920x1080 - period.
And all should be well.

I'm having the same issue using a LG CX as monitor with 3840x2160 resolution and 150% scaling. There are some workarounds but nothing that works in the long run or is very convenient. Shame NI hasn't given us a fix for this or even the option to resize VST windows.
I think the issue is known for a lot of users...for me it's Arturia and XLN Audio stuff. It's a problem since day one on Maschine 3. Sadly nothing happened…

Well - you haven't told us what resolution or scaling you are using - so it is difficult to troubleshoot this.
Does not matter if it's a TV or a monitor - if it is not 1920x1080p (or one of it's derivatives) you will get some strange display for some products.
3840x2160 is the scale that's recommended
Recommended for what and by whom?
Maybe recommended if you are watching a 4K movie on Netflix - but no way for commerical DAW software.
If you actually want to solve this issue - you are gonna to have to accept the fact that your TV needs to be in standard HD and change it.
I realize you do not like (or accept) this - you asked for help and this is the way for NI software
