Can not install Monark and other NI products

Hello all,

I am trying to install my products on a MacBook Pro m1 running macOS 26.
Most products install without fault. The following products fail to install and return the error that I should grant full disk access. I have done this but the error still persists.

What can I do to install my products? I have tried installing them manually but I get the error "The installer could not install the software because there was no software found to install".
I am not trying to install them on an external drive.

This happens with the following products:

Monark
Battery 4 Factory Library (Battery 4 vst is installed)
Blocks Base
Prism
Reaktor Blocks Wired
Reaktor Factory Selection R2
Scarbee Rickenbacker Bass
Spark
TRK-01

In case the above solution is not working and, just to be sure, i will describe you all the known solutions for this issue, please make sure you try them, one by one, step by step (even if you done some of them before):

Solution 1: Fix Native Access Permissions

Native Access is the manager app that downloads and runs these installers for you. If it doesn't have "Full Disk Access," macOS blocks it from mounting the installation files, causing the "no software found" error.

1. Open System Settings (or System Preferences) on your Mac.
2. Go to Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access.
3. Click the + button (you may need to enter your Mac password).
4. Navigate to your Applications folder and select Native Access.
5. Restart your computer (this is crucial).
6. Open Native Access and try to install the Reaktor instrument again.

Solution 2: Mount the Installer Manually

If Native Access fails, the file is likely already downloaded but stuck. You can bypass the automatic process by installing it manually.

1. Open your Downloads folder.
2. Look for a file ending in .iso with the name of the Reaktor instrument (e.g., Reaktor_Factory_Selection.iso).
   • Note: If you don't see it, open Native Access, start the installation, wait for the error, and keep Native Access open. The file should be in your Downloads folder while the error is on screen.
3. Double-click the .iso file to "mount" it. It will appear on your desktop or sidebar like a plugged-in USB drive.
4. Open that drive and run the .pkg installer file inside.
5. Once installed, open Native Access again; it should detect the installation automatically, otherwise you can click "Locate".

Solution 3: The "Hidden Files" Trick (Advanced)

If Solution 2 gives you the same "no software found" error, the .pkg you see might just be a "wrapper," and the actual instrument files are hidden.

1. Mount the .iso file as described in Solution 2.
2. Open the mounted drive in Finder.
3. Press Command + Shift + . (period) on your keyboard. This toggle reveals hidden files.
4. If you see a folder named Packages or other .pkg files that were previously hidden, try running those directly.
5. If that fails, you may need to use the Terminal to force the install:
   • Open Terminal (Cmd+Space, type "Terminal").
   • Type sudo installer -pkg (include the space at the end).
   • Drag the .pkg file from the mounted drive into the Terminal window.
   • Add -target / to the end.
   • The full command should look like: sudo installer -pkg /Volumes/YourDrive/Installer.pkg -target /
   • Press Enter and type your Mac password.
