I bought expansions for Maschine a while ago. I recently bought Komplete 15 Collector's Edition, which includes the same expansions. Can I give the expansions I bought individually to a friend?
Yep, it's possible to transfer licenses to another person - here's how:
Just know that your friend needs his/her own Native Instruments account… and might also want to follow this guide:
Thank you. I knew how to transfer the licenses. What I don't know is if I bought "Lone Forest Expansion Maschine" can I transfer it knowing that it also comes included in my Complete 15 Pack?
Do licenses duplicate? Can I give it as a gift one that I have left over?

You can. You have two licences, essentially:
Selling the one that you purchased separately won't affect the one in the Komplete bundle.
Yes , but with respect to selling or giving away then only the ones that you bought as separate retail products. You can not chop up bundles that you bought , bundles are a whole so if you have more licenses because that the product is in more bundles then you can only transfer by transferring the whole bundle. Also then you can not transfer bundles and software that you got for free from NI , e.g. Komplete Select with hardware , though if you sell the hardware then usually buyer gets the same software while you keep yours (can not sell).
So usually rule is that you can transfer any software that you bought retail but only as a whole bundle if part of a bundle.
