I have installed Orchestral Elements, however I cannot get any sound . Everything else I use in Kontakt works.
What is your exact Kontakt version ?

Did you read the manual ? (link on bottom of product page) . Please notice that in some cases not whole keyboard range may be active , Quote :
Since the individual range of each instrument is modeled after the natural playing range of
the captured articulations, the playable range on the keyboard can change between presets.
The playable range is labeled blue on Kontakt’s keyboard display
Else then please give us a screenshot of the Kontakt interface with use of "Orchestral Elements" + other exact details of use where there is 'no sound' and also screenshot of Kontakt Midi and Audio setup .
@Edward Lockwood If you press the keys on the on screen keyboard, do you get sound, or is it on your physical keyboard or controller? If it's the latter, maybe this would help: Configuring your MIDI Keyboard / Controller in Kontakt
