Komplete and Izotope/Ozone

I'm confused about my status with Izotope/Ozone.

I purchased Komplete 15 Standard from a 3rd party a few months ago, and it's working fine.

Today I was looking at Black Friday deals for Izotope products but I've found they do not recognise the Ozone and other Izotope products that are part of my Komplete 15 package (e.g. Ozone 11 Standard). I cannot find any serial number that will let me register these in the Izotope area of the NI website.

Any tips on how or even if I can resolve this?

You most likely need to get the products on the NI site.

However then even on the NI site then not all has yet been implemented (apparently will not be implemented fully before in 2026) so if you have any problems finding what e.g. cross-grade or whatever that you need , including on the sales, then please contact N.I. Support (all) and have them assist.

Thanks Poorfellow, I appreciate the reply. I've spent a bit more time on the NI website and discovered that the source of my confusion seems to be twofold:

The Izotope portal does not show my Ozone 11, but I noticed that my NI Komplete listing does include the Ozone 12 Equalizer and Ozone Imager. However, the NI site also does not show Ozone 11 Standard which is in my Komplete 15 package.
I went looking for the codes because of a Black Friday deal I've seen. I've now found out that NI are willing to offer me an upgrade to Ozone 12 Advanced for £291 but are not offering me any deals on Ozone 12 Standard.

I now also see that before I click through on O12 Standard it mentions an £89 upgrade price (which is the same as the Black Friday deal I saw), but it then does not offer me that as an option on the following screen. The same thing happens when I view Ozone 12 in the Izotope portal.

I will follow the links you kindly provided to ask if this is the expected behaviour.
