You should have an email from NI with a code to use on the Plugin Alliance web site
Also then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS.
You can also try the resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access . (+ reboot computer)
When using Mac then also double check the ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
