I have the Komplete 15 Collectors Edition version.
Currently, only Lores cannot be installed.
@BG2RHE Lores is a very big library, around 72Gb, this might be the source of the issue. Alternitively you could try to download it from your download manager: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/account/downloads/
