KONTROL S4, external source in the line C or D

Hello everyone, how can i connect external source ( a tablet with rca) at channel line C or D?

4decks works fine and C & D line are in Imput mode, but there is no signal.

When i disconnect the usb from my computer, and closing traktor pro 4, i can see the signal, and i hear music, cause kontrol s4 is standalone mixer.

Output routing setting it't ok. What i'm doing wrong?

You have to set the decks to LIVE INPUT in the software (click on DeckLetter and select LIVE INPUT).

I have done already this and I know about liking the letter and the live input,

but still I don't have signal on the channel.

Can you take a screenshot of your input routing?

And when you play something on an external source, do you see these bars go up?

of course, I choose also the button for line in the controller, but still no signal. what I'm doing wrong ?

With "of course" you mean you do see the bars go up?

no load-carros, I mean that the bars don't have signal. soon I'm gonna upload photos.

I saw this '' disabled'' but I can hear fine the sound on my speakers , the output works fine in when I doing digital with my controller.

also this settings is fine and everything works fine, except the live input [c or d]

Ah, I think I have seen this before.

Make sure you have installed and use the ASIO driver.

On the "Audio setup" you have to select "S4 mk3 ASIO" and NOT " S4 mk3 WASAPI (Shared)" or "S4 mk3 WASAPI (Exclusive)"

If you already are using ASIO, try installing the driver again.

I 've done it, it was missing the asio, as you said, but still no sound. anyway thanks for you help, I'll check the controller with technician. thanks!
