code or number for Ableton 12 lite

I have had my NI instruments A49 keyboard, for about 3 years, But after about 3 months I had to pack it away, due to other life problems, but now I have unboxed it again, And would now like to also set it up with Ablelton 12 lite, to also go with the A49 and my MPC studio 2 and controller, I thought I supposed have a code or key which came with keyboard, which somehow has got lost or misplaced. I have sent a message to support with all serial numbers to A49, but have had no answer. Any help or direction would of help. I was told this is not an uncommon problem, if anyone else who has had the same headache on this issue, any advice or ideas would be good, thanks 😕

How and when did you contact Support ?

There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.

Also then NI Support do not work weekends. Typical response time for a properly opened ticket (you should have received a ticket confirmation !) is a couple of workdays but there is a sale going on and there might be delays….
