📢 Kontakt 8 / Native Access Issue: Libraries Disappearing and Consolidating into "NI Content" Folder

Hi everyone,

I'm having a persistent and frustrating issue with my Kontakt libraries, and it seems to be related to how Native Access and Kontakt 8 are handling my content paths.

The Problem:

My installed libraries are being automatically consolidated and grouped into a single folder called "NI Content" within my Kontakt 8 browser (as shown in the attached screenshot).

The main issue is that when I launched Kontakt 7 (which previously worked fine), I literally watched my individual libraries disappear from the Kontakt 7 view and get pushed/merged into the "NI Content" folder structure.

What I need help with:

1. How do I prevent Kontakt/Native Access from automatically consolidating my individual libraries into the "NI Content" folder?
2. How can I extract/separate the libraries that are currently stuck inside the "NI Content" folder so they appear as individual tiles again?

Any guidance on how to fix this pathing/database issue would be greatly appreciated!

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

This problem typically appear because user copies or moves content after installation without properly relocating it in Native Access or not removing content at old location.

Make sure that you do not have content at duplicate locations and that everything is where it is supposed to be ,

then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .

then reboot computer

then reinitialize the KONTAKT Database

then tell us if that helped ?
