after only having the Maschine plus for about 3 years it has begun doing what many others’ Maschine plus is doin, getting stuck on the start up screen. I’ve read through many other forums on here with people having the same issue unresolved and I tried everything. I tried the “system.nut.reset” file download, I’ve tried updating my software and firmware and I’ve tried resetting my maschine and still the issue remains and as it remains for many others. This issue is a common one with no solid answers. For a $1,200 piece of equipment, this is so unacceptable. So now what I do is turn it on and off and hope I get lucky that it turns on after 5-10 attempts.. and yes, before an “expert” says, “have you tried using it in controller mode”… yes I have and yes it works that way.. but that defeats the purpose of a Maschine Plus STAND-ALONE!!!! And is the reason why anyone purchases this $1,200 thing in the first place because we want to use it in STAND-ALONE mode not controller mode.
