Hi all, I'm brand new to controllers and am having issues getting my new MX2 controller to work with Traktor.
Laptop: Lenovo with Intel iCore 5
Software: Traktor 4
Controller: Traktor MX2
The laptop is connected to the controller via the USB-C cable and the both are plugged into the mains. From the back of the controller I have an phono to 1/4 jack cable going into the speaker.
In the audio setup I have set this to "Traktor Audio 2 MK2 (ASIO)" and have Built-In Soundcard set to "Traktor Audio 2 MK2" but I just get a message saying "Please connect and select an audio device"
The pictures attached show all the options I have in the audio device settings. If there is anyone that can give me guidance it would be greatly appreciated.
