How do I fix this? Plug ins aren't working correctly.

Now! everything worked 2 months ago perfectly fine. until i saw native access had some updates available. Installed the updates, and things got weird. Most of my sessions with other plugs did not work, wouldn't load. Then i accidentally deleted my sound card drivers, so computer had no sound at all, screen kept flashing randomly all by itself and i could not play anything that had audio. Wasn't sure what was going on. Contacted Support, they instructed me to use an older version. So i sent my computer off, to try and fix whatever was causing my screen to flash, and the audio sound issue. They did a factory reset and put everything back on, sound works again. Got it back, checked my sessions to see if everything worked sound worked. the problem still persisted with files not loading. So i went through the process of deleting out and installing the older version of everything that didn't work. Regained function of almost everything. opened each plug in independently in standalone mode. then opened them in Logic Pro X, let it find and recognize each plug in unit, then it told me one failed still. then randomly everything was successful and appeared to work until i opened these 2 plug ins and none of the files work nor can be found.

Now when you listen to the previews! you can hear everything preset. but when you click it, it won't find it.

Native access is still showing theres a updated available. i dont want to mess anything up again. but its just strange to me these plug ins worked just fine before i touched anything. my operating system has been the same and haven't changed. i actually can not update anymore.

So how do i get these back working? is there a file for Session Guitarist: Electric Sunburst & Strummed Acoustic I can download. These were bought in a bundle. I've been waiting for days now after opening up another support ticket. No one has gotten back to me yet. Not to mention some presets are missing files it can not find that once worked before. i am just so frustrated with how many issues all of a sudden i am having here .

Loading the older libraries should fix the "Kontakt version is too old" message. Once you've fixed that see if the other problems are fixed. If they're not let us know and we can look at it more.

I suspect it's likely related to the fact that many of the libraries were updated over the last year to be compatible with the newer version of Native Access and Kontakt. Samples can play because they're simple audio files stored in a separate location than the actual libraries, but the actual libraries are tied into the scheme used on the current version of Native Access which will not be compatible with the older libraries and won't load.

You need to be aware of this when you update your software to make sure it works on your setup which will be specifically mentioned in the requirements.

Thanks!! Mykejb. That Worked. I totally under your point about the samples being able to play and them being stored in a separate location than the actual library. Anyways, I had to uninstall my current version first and then install from the link you provided me. ran the plug ins and checked to make sure they functioned. Sure enough they are back working. I really appreciate your help!

The other problems are within other plug ins/libraries where it would tell me 600 something files couldn't be found/missing. But other presets or instruments within that plugin/library still works. it does not tell me its out of date/plug in could not be found. It just say Content Missing. Scans but never finds. Yet if i hit ignore to stop it, because its running a scan for more than 2 hours and wont conclude, somehow at least the file i am trying to use, seems to work, most of the time. i just don't ever see the number of files change indicating they are now found. Note! I never moved any of these files. Did updates and the issue occurred as if they were deleted from within the update install. So maybe like you said, try this and see if it works.
