I have spent days trying to deal with this issue.
I just downloaded the Native Access app on my Mac with OS Sequoia 15.2 - every time I attempt to open it I receive the following error message when trying to install NTKDaemon:
I tried following the instructions in these articles:
"Native Access Fails on Installing Dependencies at startup"
"Native Access Error Message: 'Installation Failed'"
However I do not have a "Native Instruments" or "NTKDaemon" folders within my MacHD > Library > Application Support folder, so I can't complete Step 5 in the first article or Step 4 in the second article.
I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I can't get anything to work.
Ridiculous that a company of this size has no live phone or chat support, I need someone to actually help me. Support tickets are useless because I either get no response or they send me articles that I could easily find online by googling my questions, obviously I've already tried to fix things myself.
