Hello, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix these problems?

Sounds like you need to review all app permissions. AND Network permissions as well - espeically on Sequoia

Not a Mac user - but there is a laundry list of things that have to occur before Mac OS will allow anything to install cleanly.

There are plenty of references in many Mac threads on here on how to do this.

Did you click on and read the "Follow These Steps" in the popup box? It all seems to flow from your installation failure of Komplete Kontrol, so apparently something is wrong with your basic setup and that could cover a wide range of different problems.

As already suggested by VP : If using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Thank you very much, but unfortunately that didn't solve my problem...does anyone have any other suggestions for me? I'm still waiting for a response to my ticket...this is very annoying...

Alas the resident NI forum Customer Care Mac expert just took a weeks vacation so he is not back before Monday + one week..

I am very far from being a Mac expert myself but I took a second look at your problems.

I am not entirely sure if the Komplete Konrol installation problem has anything to do with the in Komplete Kontrol complaint problems.

The problem with downloading the Komplete Kontrol could be a simple one of Native Access having failed to do so and then N.A. are not able to recover from that , I only know how to fix that on PC since I have no Mac.

You should be able to download and install Komplete Kontrol from the Account downloads page but that will not reset the N.A. download if stuck since that require reset of N.A. (which I do not know how to do on Mac - only PC)

With respect to the in Komplete Kontrol complaints then I would also try Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database and then run KK as a standalone to see if that made any difference…. (if any until you cleared the above ?)

Solution found...

Switch the Komplete Kontrol app to Rosetta mode

Switch the Maschine Mk3 app to Rosetta mode

I'll keep an eye on whether NA makes any mistakes in the future!
