I have a weird issue with Maschine Plus where using a footswitch to start and stop recording in Sampling mode has a significant amount of latency (about 1.5 seconds). This doesn't happen when using the buttons on the device, or when using the footswitch to start and stop playback when not in Sampling mode.
It used to work perfectly when I got the Maschine Plus, but at some point in the last few months it stopped working. I normally use my Maschine as a guitar looper and drum machine that I then arrange songs from. So this is a pretty significant hindrance to my typical workflow. The same issue happens when using Maschine Plus in controller mode with my Windows laptop. I'm using all the latest versions of the software and firmware, etc. I've tried multiple footswitches and cables to no avail, and I've done several factory resets.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue with their units? Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
