I have two separate issues and I am here in need of help. Firstly, my KA6 MK1 is not recognized or seen in the KA Control Panel. I have downloaded the correct version and have been able to use the driver updater. I am able to hear audio through it and the device works fine, but the control panel cannot see it.
Secondly, this year, I have noticed that specific games I play on my PC will have degraded audio with crackle pops. Not all applications experience this (BF6, Helldivers 2, Youtube) But others (Batman Arkham Aslyum, Ghost of Tsushima) do. I have used latencymon to check and there are conflicts and latency while playing the issue games, however I haven't been able to resolve them.
All of my drivers are updated, windows up to date, bios newest version. I have done all typical troubleshooting steps (cables, restarts, disabling/enabling/uninstalling in device manager, etc). I would love any assistance as I really wish to complete these games, and this issue has not been present before when I first started playing them. I do not have a specific pinpoint as to when the audio issue started happening unfortunately. I can provide all tech specs if requested. Thank you!
