struggling to get up and running, my licence registration for NI access is not letting me put my serial number in as it’s still registered to the previous owner 🤬

is ther anyway to still use the keyboard midi with logic pro whilst i wait until the Native instruments and the retailler resolve the issue?

Yes, you can still use it as a typical Midi controller in Logic, without the NI integration and its functions.
