Hello folks,
I got a weird problem with previews. First I had an installation running on my internal ssd with default settings. Later I needed more space and copied all plugins from the Use/shared folder to an external ssd and set the right path in Native Access for every plugin. All plugins were accepted and running fine. Only previews has shown an failure and I tried to recopy it back to default folder, but I haven't had success. I tried everything now, with default path, uninstall and reinstallation on both ssd. I get alway an error with and popup for giving Native Access and NTK full disc access. It is given and everything I can uninstall an reinstall, but not "previews"
So, now I have a last idea. Maybe someone can tell me, where I can delete all the files and databases for previews. I have the strange feeling the a data ghost is blocking my installation.
