Hardware is not responding

I believe I'm asking the right question

what folder should the MK3 hardware be added to.

It's already added to Native Access but the hardware is still not communicating with the software

the MK3 software works fine

Or how can this problem be fixed Thanks

I assume you have a new hardware, if so, sometimes you need to update the firmware to the latest version.

I'm not sure, but that can be a possible cause.

can you give us more information? like, what it's shown on the screen of the MK3 or did you reset your computer after registering and installing all the software? (sometimes it fixes itself).

also check if your current OS version is supported, often 3rd party companies have to update after a new OS is lunched and it can take a while.
