The "Music Creation" section of the website doesn't open in any browser. Incognito mode, VPN, and clearing the cache don't help. I keep getting the error "Oops! Something went wrong!"

The support assistant doesn't appear. I can't create a ticket. On the support page, when I click the "Still stuck?" button, I'm redirected back to the same page with the button. There's no assistant. How can I fix this?
