Macro Assignment Guitar Rig 7 not working for me

Its nice to have Macros in Guitar Rig...however it doesn't work for me in Maschine 3. First of all there 8 Macros "preset" they work. But when I want to change and assign to a new parameter it doesn't work. You can even add a second page, up to 16 Macros, but they aren't working as well, they don't even show up in the pages in Maschine 3.

Anyone the same issues?

Hello,

works just fine here with the macros, i can clear the 8 macros in gr, then i drag and drop them onto new parameters and that´s it. The 8 macros are already mapped from gr to maschine, you just change the target of the macro within gr. On the top right of the macro field/device you can clear the targets and set new ones, it will work with maschine. If you need more than 8 parameters you can add parameters directly from a gr device to maschine with the learn function or just add 8 more macros to the second page and this works here too as expected. Go into maschine to the automation pages, there you select the first empty maschine macro, click learn, then you move the gr macros 9 to 16 and this should add them to the maschine. If you need 16 macros all the time make a user preset as starting point with the macros already set up.

I tried it in a new project, the 8 macros are assignable and changeable but not the second page. Learn button is not showing up neither the second page parameters in Maschine. In my current project it's not working. Seems to be a problem sometimes

The problem might be, that with the factory presets native has only learned the 8 macro knobs, so you would always have to add them if you need more with a preset. And it does not look like this with your maschine and gr opened:

be sure you have selected the first empty macro on page two, before you click learn, than after press learn, move the macros within gr one by one in the second row, then you should see them like in my example.

I only tested in Maschine 2 and that’s been a while. I think editing macros worked back then. But I’m quite certain that only the first 8 macros are supposed to work in Maschine which is a shame.

no - it works with maschine 2 and 3 - like i described with 16 macros and all other parameters

So you can't set it as shown in my picture? That would be very strange if it's working here but not for you, maybe I'm missing something.
