How long do support tickets take?

I bought a used Traktor Kontrol S4 from a music store at the beginning of this week, and it did not include the box or software key, I filled out a ticket and emailed support with the receipt and serial number to do the activation transfer so i can get my software that is required to use it. its been several days and i have not gotten a response, how long do these things normally take? i cant use my traktor without the software and id really like to be able to use this thing. thank you in advance.

One option is to just buy the software. It's not expensive, and you've already saved money with your 2nd hand purchase. The cut down Traktor Play version (even cheaper) will be available Soon™.

There's also some completely free DJ software out there that you could use.

Yes but he'll have to wait.

The impression I get from the post is that he wants it NOW!!! and that's a way to have it NOW!!!

Of course there's also the trial version (30 mins but at least you can use it).
