I had to a clean reinstall of my Mac, and now Native Access is requiring me to redownload all of the software that I already have on an external hard drive. It doesn't appear to let me navigate to that drive. Is there a way to reconnect so I don't have to spend days downloading — especially given the relatively slow speeds and install errors that keep cropping up?
