New to the world of NATIVE INSTRUMENTS

First of all, I want to thank you for your attention. I have just joined the NI environment, and honestly, I am a bit lost.One of the many doubts I have is that I cannot synchronize the hardware with NATIVE Access to sync my entire library. From MASCHINE +, I try to update my library via Wi-Fi, and it tells me that all products are up to date when that is not the case.Thank you for your help.

A few questions arise:

What is your entire library? What products does it consist of?

Not every desktop product is available in a Maschine Plus version - just a selection, as explained on the product page.

What products do you think are not up to date?

native access is for maschine+ controller mode in maschine software on pc/mac only.

maschine+ content is added via settings/library in standalone mode

Thank you very much for your help, I have solved the problem by restoring the system in MASCHINE+, registering again and my library is now synchronized with Natvive Access... although I still have doubts about how to locate and where my particular sound libraries are.

Good morning, what I can't do is import my downloaded SPLICE folders, including their image, into MASCHINE Plus. I can get the folder in, but all the loops, etc., are treated as One Shot. I know there's a way to do this so that Maschine + even displays the album art.

….. What I've managed to do is, from MASCHINE+ in Storage mode, move the folder, but the image doesn't appear on the screen, nor is it sorted by Kits, Loops, Instruments, One Shots, etc. Do I make myself clear?

The Maschine+ uses tags to organise things, so your loops will need to be tagged as loops (etc) - but that has to be done in the Maschine desktop software.
