Why does my voucher not work on NKS products? And what does it work on?

I have a $25 voucher from last July and would like to use it, but there are so many restrictions to using it, it might as well not exist. Can anyone please tell me what my voucher will work on, since I've tried it on a lot of items and nothing seems to be permitted? Also, why aren't NKS products like the 10 Phantom Rooms - MR1 Valve Data NKS Exclusive? Does anyone have any good product ideas that I could use it on that aren't just another EDM or hip hop loop?

Because NI rules for using vouchers says so !?! More specifically then most likely because that NI might have to split proceeds of NKS products with third party, a third party that will still need their part of sales price before voucher amount deduction why NI are not giving you a voucher discount.

No , since the vouchers can not be used on anything already discounted then these $25 vouchers are not worth using for anything other than some cheap expansions .
