Does this company do product support anymore??

All support avenues for these products are dead ends. No one is responding to anything. The live chat" on the website is a dead end. I need someone from this company to respond to me ASAP so I can either get help downloading the product I purchased or get a refund. This is unacceptable. My account login is "xxxxx" but NATIVE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME AT IMMEDIATELY!

@SteveBrand We understand the frustration. There is no livechat at the moment, if the chatbot is unable to help, your request is turned into an email request, which I see worked in your case since you were able to submit two requests. My colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible, they have a lot of requests to process at the moment but rest assured they will take care of you. No need to create more requests as it slows down the whole process. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
