Hey everyone,
I’ve been experimenting with a small side project that tries to take Traktor MIDI mapping a step further — something like a “sequencer for mappings.” Basically, it lets you program sequences of actions that would normally need to be done manually, like combining fader moves, FX toggles, or tempo changes into timed patterns.
Here’s a short clip showing an example: it “pumps” the volume of a stem track while applying an effect — kind of like a sidechain-style ducking, but fully automated and sync’d.
I looked into Traktor’s step sequencer, Remix Decks, and Bome workflows, but didn’t really find anything that lets you sequence arbitrary control actions like this.
I’d love to hear what you think — does this kind of tool sound useful in your setup? Any ideas for other creative uses or improvements?
Cheers,
Ovi
