I bought Kontakt 8 and it is still in DEMO mode

Hello. Let me explain, I bought Kontakt 8 yesterday from my main PC and I can't get it to work on my laptop. It shows up in DEMO mode. I have already uninstalled everything from my main PC and my laptop to see if it would work, but it's still the same, and NI support hasn't responded to me!

What library are you loading that is giving you Demo mode?

You are allowed 3 installs of Kontakt so it’s not a licensing thing

Screencaps would help to show us the issue.

As already pointed out then you are allowed to have the software installed on up to three computers provided that you only use it on one regularly. So no need to uninstall so long as the computer is still yours.

I can't get it to work on my laptop. It shows up in DEMO mode.

Make sure that you are logged into the correct account in latest version of Native Access for your OS on your laptop using same email and same password.

Then try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access, especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and Kontakt product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps

NI support hasn't responded to me!
