Yesterday I purchased the Universal Audio - UAD Bundle on sale through the Native Instruments website, and after more than 24 hours I'm still waiting for the "Redemption code" to download the purchased product. I've written to technical support several times and still haven't received a response. Could someone tell me if I should look for this code somewhere else? I've received several emails from Comoros, including the invoice and download and installation instructions, but none of them contain the REDEMPTION CODE. Please help. I find it unacceptable that there's no way to speak to a human, but instead to an AI that doesn't solve anything for you...
