Why can I install some stuff and not some other? ( and yes i did allow disk access )
About 12 of these items require Reaktor 6 (along with a few supplemental packages) to be installed first.
Not quite sure about the others.

But you did not otherwise provide any useful information , including what you gave full disk access (?)
Computer type ? , exact OS version ? Version of Native Access ? What is your N.A. Content installation path ?
But going with what is written on your profile page (Sequoia) then :
Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
And : if using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: Howto grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)
