Troubleshooting between Traktor Pro 3 and Audio 10

Hey Folks!

I had to buy a new Laptop due some Technical Issues with the last one and now I am trying to get my DJ Hardware to run.

The Issue is, that the Settings are 100% the same as on my old Laptop (macOS Catalina).

I downloaded the "newest" Audio 10 driver and also the newest Version of Traktor Pro 3.

The TRAKTOR AUDIO 10 Control Panel is running and allows me to play non Digital Music through "direct thru" but as soon as want to play digital Music through Timecode, Traktor Pro 3 doesn't Sync the Vinyl and Music at all. Also the "Vinyl or CD Signs" are fully grey. As I already said, I checked the preferences of both Systems and they are completely the same Settings. Just that the new Laptop doesn't play Timecode. Do you guys have any Idea what to do?

I already reached out to the Support, but they didn't responded so far. That's why I am hoping to get some fast help here!

Have you granted Traktor Pro access to microphones in macOS system settings? Is it just timecode that isn‘t working and you can play music from Traktor using the GUI? You have selected your Traktor Audio 10 in Traktor settings as audio interface?

Have you looked up once again in system settings? (as you are from Germany: Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Mikrofon / in English: Privacy & Security → Mircophone) Has to look something like this:

(Entry will be just Traktor Pro for Traktor Pro 3)

This is important as this setting doesn't apply just to microphones it applies to all devices with audio inputs. This usually the problem if an interface is able to output audio put inputs (timecode signals in your case) don't come through to the software.

Have you activated the phono preamps in Traktor Audio 10 control panel? Decks are set to scratch control?

Have you configured your Intput Routing in Traktor settings correctly? Can you record something with your Traktor Audio 10 in another application like Audacity?

Some of this points may seem silly as you state that it worked on your old Mac with same settings but that are points coming into my mind to troubleshoot.

I granted full Access to Traktor Pro 3, yes. And its only Timecode which doesnt work. Thats why i feel a little bit lost right now.
