can't find NI Accessibiliy Helper application

I want to use the Accessibility Helper on MacOS (M1 mac mini, mac os sequoia latest version) with my maschine mikro mk3 and komplete kontrol s-series mk2. I have maschine software 2 and 3 (latest, 3.3.1). The weird thing is I can't find the accessibility helper application in native access. If I search for "accessibility" or "helper" I get zero

hits. I even searched online in the native instruments store and get nothing. Did the app get discontinued? I also looked in my applications folder if I maybe have it already but nothing there. And SHIFT PLAY shortcut does nothing on my mikro mk3.

What am I overlooking?

When logged in at the N.I. site then please go to the Account downloads page

At that page then please search for 'Accessibility' , then hopefully you should find your download there so that you can install the app manually !

Thanks. The application was not there, and the same with a friend of mine's installation btw, but I contacted support and they added it to my account. Unfortunately the application doesn't seem to do anything. I'm seeing it active in my notification area but SHIFT PLAY still doesn't do anything on my MMK3. Weirdly, pressing SHIFT MIXER for accessibility mode on my S49mk2 already worked out of the box and continues to work.
