having had 3 lte , i purchased 4, it says i own it, but not appearing for download in NI . Deleted everything and started again to no avail. tried everything ;C

Have you checked your NI account online to see if the product appears under Registered Products?

From your profile it is suggested that you use Mac OS 14.6.1 which ought to be compatible with TP4.

You owned exactly what product ? and you bought exactly what ? (full , update ? , upgrade ? )
If own something and it is registered to your account then it should list as registered on the MY PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS page. And you need to make sure that you are logged into the same account , using same email and same password in latest version of Native Access for your OS .
Typical problems includes people logging into the wrong account and people buying the wrong thing , like buying an upgrade without having sufficient base product.
Else then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
