Not transferable

Not transferable

I have a huge problem.
Native Instruments has set all the products I've purchased to "Not transferable."
I've sold three products now, and Native Instruments can't get them back to transferable.
The buyer can't register the products I sold him.
And for the past six days, I've been exchanging emails with Native Instruments support.
Has anyone had a similar experience and can give me some information?

Greetings, Jeremy.I took screenshots of myself and the buyer and sent them to support.However, I always receive the same product keys, and they don't work.In my account, all Native Instruments are set to "Not transferable."I purchased all the products and would like to sell some of them, but if all the products are set to "Not transferable," that's not possible.Regards, Wasi
