You bought what exactly what ? and where ? (please give exact name of purchase including if an update or upgrade)
Are your purchase registered on your account MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page ? And are you logged into the same account in Native Access using same email and same password ?
Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? What is your version of N.A. ?
What your exact OS version ? and what is your computer type ?
