So I've been trying since yesterday to buy Traktor Pro 4. I own Traktor Pro 2 already and I'd get a discount for doing the upgrade.
When I go to the shop, navigate to Traktor Pro 4, and hit Buy Now it shows the price marked down to $105.00 since I do already own TP2. Nice!
BUT when I hit Add to Cart, it shows my shopping cart is empty, and gives no other option except "Continue Shopping" which just goes back to the store and start all over again.
I've already searched other community posts about this and have tried just about everything to no avail:
1 - I tried clearing my cache and cookies
2 - I tried using different browsers - Opera, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox
3 - I tried using a different computer
4 - I tried using my phone over LTE instead of my Wi-Fi
5 - I tried closing Native Access (I don't think having it open would make a difference, but I tried it anyway)
6 - I tried waiting . . . it's been more than 24 hours
The only thing I have NOT tried is to create a separate account, buy TP4, and then License Transfer it to my main account. I don't want to do this not only because it's a hassle but then I would miss out on the discount for upgrading.
I also noticed that if I log out of the store, then TP4 shows up in my cart! But to continue checkout I need to log in, and then it disappears again and we're back to square 1. Because of this I suspect it's a problem with my account.
I sent an email to support about it but haven't had any updates besides the automated email that just says they received the email and created a ticket.
Any other ideas, folks?
