Somehow purchased Music Production Suite 7.1 in error - how can I fix this - need Ozone 12 Advanced

Looking for some help from NI here - I mistakenly purchased Music Production Suite 7.1 today (Sept 15, 2025) thinking I was purchasing the Mix and Master bundle which is the same price at 799 CAD. I can't figure out how this happened as the Music Production Suite 7.1 bundle isn't even offered on the izotope website anymore and I double checked my cart at checkout. In any case, I started downloading and activating plugins only to realize that Ozone 12 advanced wasn't included - how can I rectify this? I was meaning to buy the mix and master bundle and now I am left with Ozone 11 Advanced and no apparent way to upgrade. Can someone from NI help here?

You should qualify for MPS8 as you are well within the grace period, see above

@JonDiFabio I already replied to you in another thread where you posted about this and I'll repeat what I've said there: I see that you already contacted Izo's support regarding this issue. No need to create several requests for the same object, it only slows down the whole process. My colleagues will get back to you and sort this out.
