Is it possible to have 2 Traktor Pro 3

Hi everyone!

I had already bought Traktor Pro 3 a few months ago when I got an old Trakotr S4mk1. Today I bought a used Traktor S4mk3 and the seller gave me a code to register the product on native-instrument.com. The Traktor S4mk3 has registered well and on the native website it is displayed : TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK3 HW.

Does this product code include a Traktor Pro 3 license?

I'm asking this question because I don't see a second Traktor Pro 3 showing up in Native Access, is this normal? Is there nowhere where I can see that I have two licenses? I would like to know for two reasons, the first is to know if the seller has sold me the license he said, and the second is to know if I am selling one, to keep the second.

Hello Arthur66000, it is not possible to see two different Traktor Pro 3 in your account in Native Access. In you "My Products" section you may be able to see it if they did not come with the hardwares. Sometimes, and even mostly, if it comes with the hardware, the supplement software will be attached to the hardware and will not be seen separately in your account and "My Products" section.

But in any case, you will see one Traktor Pro 3 in your Native Access, as the Native Access will detect these two as one product. If you want to transfer one, and if you are sure that you received it with the hardware, I would kindly suggest to transfer the one that you have separately as the supplement softwares can't be transferred to the different account.

However, if the second Traktor Pro 3 is also a supplement software, it will not be possible to transfer this one as well and you will need to keep both of them for your information.

this is normal, but online in your account under the "my products and serials" page you should see one tp3 as registered and activated and one as registered but not activated, on top of the list.

On the Native Instruments website, under the “My Products and Serial Numbers” category, the only thing that has changed since I entered the vendor code is a new line called: TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK3 HW. Furthermore, none of the lines say ‘registered’ or “activated.” There is also no second line indicating TP3. Any ideas?

Perhaps the line “TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK3 HW” is equivalent to a TP3 license, but in Native Access, only one download line for TP3 appears. In any case, I don't see anywhere that says ‘registered’ or “activated.”

Oups sorry, i see the title "registred" with all my product but i don't see if the product are actived.

i had a look into my account and there i have "not registered" and below "registered products" and i have at least 2 double entries but with a slighty different name, even if it is the same product cause i have some stuff twice at least - maybe that´s different with traktor pro 3 and a hardware serial that should also add tp3 into your account. But with a HW serial there comes software for sure with it since years now.

P.S. with activated i mean registered - sorry for that
