The details of the instrument from the NI library are not displayed, only the screen as shown in the screenshot. The keyboard is up to date (2.0.4). I’ve been searching all day for a solution and am now at a loss.

The Hardware Connection Service which is installed via Native Access is essential for the functionality of the S-Series keyboards , as is using the correct latest version of the Hardware Connection Service (at present version 2.0.6) . (Latest Firmware for keyboard appear as being only 2.0.4)

Please give a specific example use case (preferably with screenshot).
Else then how is your keyboard connected to the computer ? And what is your generation of Motherboard/CPU/computer ? Have you tried connecting the keyboard to the computer in an alternative way ? (using another USB port or using an USB hub) ( Ref. section 6 here : My Komplete Kontrol Keyboard Does Not Start) (and article about USB hubs linked to in section 6 )
