Hello Native Instruments team,
I am writing regarding my Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3, which originally included a Traktor Pro 3 license. Recently, I have seen that several users with the same controller —and even older purchase dates than mine— have been granted a complimentary license for Traktor Pro 4 after contacting your support team.
This situation makes me feel at a disadvantage, since I have been a long-time and loyal NI customer, and I would really appreciate receiving the same treatment as other S4 MK3 owners.
I kindly ask you to review my case once more and consider granting me the Traktor Pro 4 license as a gesture of fairness and customer loyalty.
