My Komplete Kontrol A61 keyborad is no longer recognised by my mac o windows

I tried all the firmware updates and all the other recommendations in Native Instruments website, but nothing is working. I have two same keyboards A61 that I connect simultaneously in the same computer, one of them stopped working one day, although the lights turn un and seems to have power, it’s seems like its not recognised anymore. The other one still works and is perfectly recognised by the computer, either in Mac o Windows without any issue.

I saw another post here from someone with the same problem, so I was wondering if they found the solution for him, or if someone can help me.

Two N.I. keyboards are not supposed to work at the same time. However that might not necessarily explain your problem. The easiest to do would be to try and attach the problem keyboard to another computer to check if it is recognized in general. Else then you could remove both keyboard and uninstall both Komplete Kontrol and the keyboard drivers and N.I. hardware/host integration. And also run the NI reg tool and remove it there , then reboot computer and then start by attaching the problem keyboard and reinstall it to see if it is recognized. However then generally then two N.I. keyboards attached by USB at the same time is not supported.

Using more than one Kontrol S MK3 keyboard simultaneously on the same computer (e.g. Kontrol MK3 and another Kontrol MK3 / MK2 / A or M keyboard) is not supported.
This can lead to inconsistent communication between your computer and the keyboards and cause a number of instabilities.
If you want to use two MIDI keyboard controllers simultaneously, it is possible to use a second non-Kontrol MIDI keyboard controller, as this should not interfere with the Kontrol integration.
