add product and not install, lost the .nicnt fo 2 instruments.

Hi, i recently resinstalled all my programs on my laptop but when i tried to resintalled my instruments with native access 2, 2 of them ( shreddage 3 jupiter and shreddage drums) stayed to add product and not install them on native access. i searched the .nicnt but they have disapeared and cannot be found. how can i resinstalling them?

i m using them on FL studio.

Hello rankhun,

The reason you are having this issue is because of, that these are third party Kontakt Libraries that cannot be downloaded / installed via Native Access.

Native Access is only responsible for authorising the library and locating it for use in Kontakt.

You will first need to download the library from the manufacturer

Once installed, simply follow the steps in this article to add the library to Native Access:

This instrument package is downloaded via Pulse Downloader.

Native Access is only used to authorize your license. And - Native Access does not delete files like a .nicnt file.

To re-install - you need to re-download your product via Pulse Downloader, unpack it in a folder location of your choice on your drive, verify that ALL files are present - like the .nicnt and then fire up Native Access and point it (Locate) to the location of your instrument.
