License transfert Komplete 14 Ultimate

Hello everyone,

I sold my Komplete Kontrol S61 MK2 with the included Komplete Ultimate license.

I immediately received the Transfer ID for the hardware, but after more than 7 days I still haven’t received the one for Komplete Ultimate.

I already tried submitting the transfer request multiple times, but nothing happens.

This is blocking the finalization of the sale and the buyer is waiting.

Has anyone experienced such a delay for Komplete Ultimate?

Is there a way to speed this up, or can a NI moderator please check my case?

If you are having problems with account or product transfers then you need to open a Support ticket.

Alas then this will give a further delay since only N.I. Support can help you and N.I. forum Customer Care can not handle this for you either. At most N.I. forum Customer Care can look into and prioritize an existing Support case.
