I have recently sold my Maschine Plus and wish to transfer the license to the new owner. I have also recently changed my email address on my account (2 days ago) and under the new account all my products are showing as being non transferable. When I try and resolve this in the chat bot, it states that the Plus is not registered to my account and can't get past this state, even though I know that it is registered to me. I no longer have access to my old account as NI does not recognize those old log in details. I need some help in trying to resolve this
