I've tried everything I can, but this problem still exsists
Yes, Mert is out of office. I'm not aware of this error message, I've reached out to the Native Access team. I see that @weiweiaoo is already in contact with our support already and troubleshooting is on it's way.
Apart from the screenshot of the error (which is proper and nice to have) , then we do not know the first thing about your problem since you do not give any other information.
What is your computer type ? , what is your exact OS version ? , are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? if not what N.A: version are you using ?
As a Mac user did you then do all the Mac user must do ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
if using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on mac OS 15 Sequoia)
.
my system is MacOS 15, NA2 is the lasted version, and all NI app have full disk access
@Mert_NI ,
This appear to need a look into by you…
@Jeremy_NI , Mert_NI appear to be unavailable (?)
I'm getting this exact same error message when I opened up NA 2 and found I had some updates I could install. When I click on them to install, the button changes to "Enqueing" which is a term I am unfamiliar with but I assume it means "Queing". Nothing then happens and eventually the error message appears. Mac Studio M2 Ultra, Sequoia 15.6.1.
Research here on NI Forum indicates this issue has been around a while (2023 earliest I could find) unfortunately most of the threads have been "closed" with no conclusion…
Anybody found a way around it?
Hywel
Please open your own thread in the forum or contact N.I. Support (all) .
Based on the type of problem and the fact that both Jeremy_NI is absent next week and Mert_NI no longer available then I think that you should contact N.I. Support (all) now.
In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care .
There does not seem to have a general fix for these as it is system specific, please get in touch with our support.
